Over my 40 years of sale in multiple fields and companies. From copiers to insurance to real estate, I have learned that helping others to accomplish their goals is most important.

Whether it be finding just the right home in the right location at the right price. Seller come with different needs and wants. Some people need help with which color to paint a few rooms and how to give their house a better curb appeal. Others need help cleaning out all the excess things that have been collected over the years. Others need help to just guide them through the process and be there for them to answer questions along the way.

I find I work heavily with people 50 and over. I have chosen to specialize in estate and probate sales. With downsizing and finding that home that suites the need of the aging population. I work with many estate and probate sales. I have developed the knowledge of how to prepare a house that is left behind and get it ready to be sold for the most money possible. Allowing the beneficiaries of an estate to maximize the home sale.
